ORGANIC CHESTNUT FLOUR

The essential ingredient of the Umbrian chestnut cake. Served as a polenta side dish it makes a wonderful addition to stewed game and braised veal; it can be mixed with wheat flour to add intere- sting flavour to long and stuffed pasta types.

Processing: flour obtained by milling organic chestnuts.
