To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to Azienda Agraria Viola S.r.l., indicating the order references and the products for which they intend to exercise the withdrawal.

Products must be returned intact, unused, and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise indicated on the site.

Once the conditions for withdrawal and the integrity of the returned products have been verified, Azienda Agraria Viola S.r.l. will proceed with the refund according to the terms and methods provided by the applicable regulations.

In the event of a damaged product received or anomalies found upon delivery, the Customer is invited to report it promptly, ensuring that any visible damage is contested to the courier with the note “subject to inspection” (con riserva di controllo).
