Products are described as accurately as possible. However, the images on the site are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the product.
All prices are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT.

The Customer can make payment through the following methods:

5. Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made via express courier.
• Free shipping for orders over € 200.00;
• For orders under € 200.00, shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are automatically calculated in the cart.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the package. Any damage must be reported immediately to the courier by adding the note “subject to inspection” (con riserva di controllo).
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products, without any obligation to provide a reason.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons (e.g., opened oil bottles);

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer. In other cases, territorial jurisdiction belongs exclusively to the Court of Spoleto or Perugia.
